We always aim to go above and beyond during every clean, but there are a few things we can’t promise due to safety, liability, or quality concerns. Your peace of mind and our team’s well-being matter most. If you ever have questions about your cleaning or anything listed below, don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re happy to talk it through!

Here’s What We Don’t Offer:

• Lifting or Moving Heavy Furniture: For the safety of our cleaners and to avoid damage, we don’t move large items.
• Cleaning High or Inaccessible Areas: Anything beyond the reach of a 2-step ladder or that requires climbing is off-limits.
• Mold Remediation: We are not certified for mold removal and recommend a specialist for anything more than a light mildew wipe-down.
• Grout Restoration or Re-caulking: While we clean grout, deep grout whitening or re-caulking falls under specialty services.
• Removing Excessive Pet hair from upholstery.
• Moving vases, hung pictures or other delicate items.
• Cleaning Blinds: OCS is happy to dust horizontal metal or plastic blinds, we are unable to clean them as there a risk of them being bent or damaged.
• Deep carpet/floor cleaning( Steam cleaning, polishing, waxing)
• Pest or Hazardous Material Cleanup: This includes blood, animal waste, and other biohazards—we recommend trained professionals for those.
• Exterior Window Cleaning: We clean what we can reach from the inside, but for exterior work, a window cleaning service is your best bet.
• Cleaning Electronics or Delicate Decor: We skip anything too fragile or valuable to avoid accidental damage.
• Dishwashing or Laundry: While we’ll tidy up these areas, we don’t wash dishes or handle laundry unless previously arranged.
• Heavy marks or stains on walls, baseboards or other painted surfaces.
