Getting ready to move?

Our Move In/Move Out clean is designed to get the space spotless—whether you’re just arriving or handing it off to new owners. We ask that the home is completely empty before we arrive, and that no one else (like movers or contractors) is working in your home while we clean. We’ll also need the water and electricity turned on to do a thorough job!

Important: If the home hasn’t been cleaned in a while or needs extra attention, we may recommend adding our First Time Clean to make sure our crew has enough time to work their magic.

Kitchen
Vacuum/Sweep/Mop
Clean Inside/Outside Microwave
Dust light fixtures and blinds
Clean sinks, fixtures,and countertops
Appliances cleaned inside and out
Clean exterior of range hood
Stovetop, burners, and knobs cleaned
Stainless Steel polished
Switch Plates And door knobs cleaned
Wipe down doors and frames
Wipe down window sills and baseboards
Spot Clean Walls (Some marks or stains may need to be painted over)
Empty Garbage
Gather dishes and glassware from around the home and place them in kitchen sink-or load in dishwasher if it is empty

Living Areas/Bedrooms
Vacuum/Sweep/Mop
Remove Cobwebs
Make beds
Switch Plates and door knobs cleaned
Dust light fixtures and blinds
Dust Furniture, lamps, decor
Fold blankets, arrange pillows, and tidy various area
Empty trash
Dust blinds and vents
Wipe down doors and frames
Wipe down window sills and baseboards
Spot Clean Walls (Some marks or stains may need to be painted over)
Wipe down furniture
Vacuum under furniture (Please note: OCS will not lift furniture that weighs more than 20lbs)

Bathrooms
Counters, sinks, showers, bathtubs, fixtures cleaned
Toilets cleaned and disinfected
Floors vacuumed and mopped
Mirrors cleaned
Dust light fixtures and blinds
Cabinets and drawers cleaned inside and out
Vacuum carpet
Switch plates and door knobs cleaned
Wipe down doors and frames
Wipe down window sills and baseboards
Spot Clean Walls (Some marks or stains may need to be painted over)
Empty trash
Tidy Counter tops
Stainless steel polished

All Rooms
Wipe down window sills
Wipe down baseboards, doors and frames
Spot Clean Walls (Some marks or stains may need to be painted over)
Dust and wipe blinds (We do not wipe down thin metal or plastic blinds due to danger of bending of breaking)
